Josh Podolsky

Josh Podolsky is a member of TitleMark. He was born and raised in Tampa, and practices law in the areas of commercial real estate, banking and finance as a partner in the Tampa office of a national law firm. He previously worked with Henry W. Hicks, Esq., the deceased founder of TitleMark, and considered Henry a second father and mentor. Henry’s drive, dedication and inspiration to help others has kept Josh involved in TitleMark over the years. He is a licensed title agent with Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund Services, LLC, and with Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. Josh is married to his wife Katie Podolsky, and they have twins – son Gunnar and daughter Georgia.
