In private practice since 1981, Henry W. Hicks, Esq. handles both residential and commercial transactions. A 1979 graduate of Tulane University School of Law, he’s licensed to practice in Florida, the U.S. District Court (Middle District, Florida) and the U.S. Court of Appeals (Eleventh Judicial Circuit). He’s a member of Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, the Florida Bar Association, Real Estate Trust and Probate Section, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and Bay Area Real Estate Counsel.

A 2003 graduate of Stetson Law School, Josh is licensed to practice law in Florida and before the Middle and Northern Federal District Courts in Florida. He is a member of The Florida Bar Association's Real Estate Trust and Probate Section, Hillsborough County Bar Association, and Bay Area Real Estate Counsel.
